摘要
针对嫦娥五号任务中轨道器平台系统的严苛要求,传统卫星电子系统设计架构已无法完成任务,需寻求新的系统解决方案。本工程任务中国内首次采用综合电子一体化系统架构,将功率电子、信息电子、射频电子进行柔性配置,实现供配电、火工品与电分离控制、数据管理、热控、机构驱动控制、力学环境检测、遥控、遥测、数传等整器电平台功能,最大限度共享资源,降低设备数量和重量,同时实现了信息的融合与共享。与传统方案相比,综合电子架构对系统优化减重达40%以上,系统运行稳定可靠,圆满完成工程任务。
Owing to the strict requirements of the lunar exploration platform system,the traditional satellite electronic system design architecture has been unable to complete the exploration mission,and thus a new system solution is required.In the lunar exploration,an integrated electronic system architecture is studied and applied for the first time in China.With the architecture,the power electronics,information electronics,and radio frequency electronics are configured flexibly,and the platform functions such as power supply and distribution,explosive and electrical separation control,data management,thermal control,mechanism drive control,mechanical environment detection,remote control,telemetry,and data transmission are realized.The resources are used efficiently,and the number and weight of the devices are reduced.Meanwhile,the information fusion and sharing are realized.Compared with the traditional scheme,the weight of the system optimized by the integrated electronic architecture can be reduced by more than 40%,the system runs stably and reliably,and the engineering mission is completed successfully.
