人工智能在孤独症谱系障碍诊断与评估中的应用

摘要 在孤独症评估和诊断方面,目前尚缺少客观和量化的评估指标。近年来,人工智能开始应用于孤独症评估和诊断,并取得了积极的效果。文章综述人工智能技术中机器人技术、神经网络、自然语言处理和可穿戴设备、模糊逻辑技术、移动设备应用程序在孤独症谱系障碍诊断与评估中应用的相关研究,在此基础上提出结论与启示:加强认知神经机制研究,优化人工智能诊断标准;开展本土化的实践,深化多学科协同研究;拓宽人工智能应用领域,满足服务对象个别化需求。 With the rapid development of science and technology,artificial intelligence technology is playing a huge role in different fields.In the evaluation and diagnosis of autism,there is still a lack of objective and quantitative evaluation indicators.In recent years,artificial intelligence has been applied to the assessment and diagnosis of autism,and has achieved positive results.This article reviews the related researches on the application of robotics,neural networks,natural language processing and wearable devices,fuzzy logic technology,and mobile device applications in the diagnosis and assessment of autism spectrum disorders in artificial intelligence technology,and puts forward conclusions and implications on this basis:strengthen the research on cognitive neural mechanisms,optimize the diagnostic criteria of artificial intelligence;carry out localized practice,deepen multidisciplinary collaborative research;expand the application field of artificial intelligence to meet the individual needs of service objects.
