摘要
目的探讨改良后的脑电生物反馈仪用于治疗儿童焦虑障碍患儿的依从性和满意度。方法将60名患儿随机分为对照组和研究组,分别用改良前后的脑电生物反馈治疗仪完成一个疗程治疗与干预,比较两组依从性和满意度的情况。结果研究组完成全程治疗28名,全程治疗率93.33%,对照组完成全程治疗24名,全程治疗率80%。研究组总满意率64.29%,对照组总满意率29.17%,研究组依从性93.33%,对照组依从性80%,两组依从性和满意度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良型脑电生物反馈仪一定程度上更贴合儿童青少年心理需求,有助于改善儿童患者的临床依从性,提高焦虑障碍患儿的满意度。
Objective To explore the compliance and satisfaction of improved EEG biofeedback therapy instrument in the treatment of children with anxiety disorders.Methods 60 children were randomly divided into control group and study group.A course of treatment and prognosis were completed with the improved EEG biofeedback therapy instrument before and after the treatment.The compliance and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results In the study group,28 patients completed the full course of treatment and the rate of treatment was 93.33%.In the control group,24 patients completed the full course of treatment and the rate of treatment was 80%.The satisfaction rate of the study group was 64.29%and that of the control group was 29.17%.Meanwhile,the compliance rate of the study group was 93.33%and that of the control group was 80%.The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion To a certain extent,the improved EEG biofeedback therapy instrument is more suitable for the psychological needs of children and adolescents.It is helpful to improve the clinical compliance of children patients and improve the satisfaction of children with anxiety disorders.
