摘要
研究与分析医用耗材在髋关节置换术中的选择,对费用占比、不同人群、诊疗效果以及质量安全所造成的影响,旨在探索有助医师诊疗的决策辅助模型,以合理使用医疗耗材,降低医疗成本,规范医疗活动。
This paper studies and analyzes the key factors that have significant influence on selection of artificial joint in hip joint replacement surgery,including the cost ratio,population characteristics,diagnosis,treatment effect and quality and patient safety measures.We aim to explore a decision support model that can help physicians to use artificial joint appropriately,reduce medical cost and standardize clinical pathways.
