正常子宫颈储备细胞组织化学和电子显微镜下的观察

摘要 本文报道30例子宫颈储备细胞的组织化学和10例超微结构的观察结果.这种细胞胞浆内含有较多的RNA和少量糖原,不含AKP,胞核内含大量DNA;在电镜下可见胞浆不丰富,核周仅有少量细胞器,主要为线粒体和内质网.该细胞具有分化潜能,可向粘液柱状上皮细胞、纤毛细胞和鳞状上皮细胞分化. Endocervical epithelia from 30 individuals were studied with histochemical methodand observed under electron microscope.The reserve cell is also called subcolumnarbasal cell.There were moderate amount of RNA,a little glycogen and no AKP in thecytoplasm,but abundant DNA in the cell ncucleus.The organelles were scarce and onlya few mitochondria and endoplasmic reticula were present in the cell.In some reservecells,mucus granules were demonstrated,which suggested that the mucus columnar cellsand possibly ciliated cells wcrc derived from the reserve cells.
