摘要
本文介绍一种测定胆汁中总胆汁酸的新方法。它利用磷钼酸和胆汁酸能产生蓝色显色反应的原理,用分光光度计进行比色测定。该法包括沉淀蛋白质和色素、提取总胆汁酸、用磷钼酸显色剂进行显色反应三个步骤。其灵敏度高、准确性和重复性良好,操作也较为简便。
A method is described for the estimation of total bile acids in bile,based on the colour reaction between phosphomolybdate and bile acids.From the bile,protein and pigment were precipitated by adding a mixture of ethanol,barium hydroxide and zinc sulfate,and total bile acids were extracted by 2:1 v/v chloroform and methanol.Phosphomolyb date agent was used to form colour reaction,then quantitated by spectrophotometer.This method proved to be sensitive,accurate and simple.
