摘要
受到新冠肺炎疫情的影响,中小微企业的生产经营现状受到了不同程度的影响,武汉市作为疫情发生的中心地区,中小微企业受到的冲击尤为明显。自从全面启动复工复产以来,武汉市出台多项惠企政策,从政策、金融、技术、管理等多方面帮扶企业复工复产。值此高质量发展时期,中小微企业不仅需要迅速恢复生产,更需要在此时通过开展质量提升工作实现转型升级,提升市场竞争力。通过对武汉市中小微企业的调研,本文分析了不同规模和不同行业企业面临的问题和质量提升需求,并从政策支持和企业发展两个角度提出应对策略,为开展武汉市中小微企业的质量提升工作提供建议。
Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic,the survival and operation of SMEs are affected in different degrees.As the center of the epidemic,Wuhan has been particularly affected.Since the resumption of work and production,Wuhan has issued a number of preferential policies for SMEs in the aspects including policy,finance,technology and management.In this period of high-quality development,SMEs not only need to quickly resume production,but also need to speed up transformation and upgrading by carrying out quality improvement work at this time to enhance market competitiveness.Based on the investigation of SMEs in Wuhan,this paper analyzes the problems faced by enterprises in different sizes and industries,concludes the demand for quality improvement,puts forward countermeasures from the perspectives of policy support and enterprise development,and provides suggestions for the quality improvement of small,medium and micro enterprises in Wuhan.
