摘要 开展消费品在线信誉评价指标体系构建研究,对市场监管、消费者权益保护和消费品质量提升都有重要意义。本研究分析了消费品在线信誉评价指标体系构建原则,从消费品信誉、商家信誉、销售平台信誉和舆情关注等方面构建了指标体系,并对评价方法和评价步骤进行了详细介绍,最后以婴幼儿玩具为例,进行了应用研究。 Research on the construction of an online reputation indicator system for consumer products is of great significance to market supervision,consumer rights protection and consumer quality improvement.This article analyzes the principles of constructing an online reputation evaluation index system for consumer products.It constructs the evaluation index system from the aspects of consumer product reputation,merchant reputation,sales platform reputation and public opinion attention,and gives a detailed introduction to the evaluation methods and evaluation steps.It also carries out applied research taking infant toys as an example.
