摘要
镍钴锰酸锂产品质量与新能源汽车动力电池的安全性、寿命、成本等息息相关。开展镍钴锰酸锂产品质量分级评价对规范行业发展、促进企业产品升级、质量创新及行业技术进步有显著的推动作用。本文首先介绍了镍钴锰酸锂产品质量分级评价相关标准制定背景。其次对标准化文件的结构、主要技术内容及存在的不足之处进行了解读,重点探讨了标准在实施过程中面临的问题、处置对策及修订建议,最后展望了标准在规范电池行业发展中的前景。
The quality of lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide(NCM)is closely related to the safety,life and cost of new energy vehicle power batteries.The quality grading and evaluation of NCM plays a significant role in standardizing the development of the industry,promoting the product upgrading of relevant enterprises and the technological progress of the industry.This paper firstly introduces the background of the development of relevant standards for quality grading evaluation of NCM.Secondly,it interprets the structure,main technical content and existing shortcomings of the standard,and discusses the problems faced in the implementation process of the standard,measures and suggestions for revision.Finally,it gives the prospect of the standard in the development of the battery industry.
