摘要
目的对小儿腹泻病应用锌制剂联合维生素AD治疗的临床效果予以分析和研究。方法选择该院在2018年4月—2019年3月期间收治的120例小儿腹泻病患儿作为研究对象,按照患儿的病历单双号将其划分为两组,其中对照组60例,观察组60例。采用维生素AD对对照组患儿予以治疗,采用锌制剂联合维生素AD对观察组患儿予以治疗,对两组患儿的治疗效果进行分析和比较。结果对照组中有26例显效、24例有效、10例无效,达到了83.3%的总有效率;观察组中有42例显效、17例有效、1例无效,达到了98.3%的总有效率。观察组患儿的总有效率明显高于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.455,P<0.05)。对照组患儿的止吐时间为(3.02±0.81)d,止泻时间为(3.75±0.83)d,退热时间为(2.84±0.71)d;观察组患儿的止吐时间为(1.97±0.72)d,止泻时间为(2.52±0.49)d,退热时间为(1.77±0.38)d。观察组患儿的止吐时间、止泻时间和退热时间等均明显低于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(t=3.244、3.057、4.158,P<0.05)。结论采用锌制剂联合维生素AD治疗小儿腹泻病具有很好的效果,可以有效改善患儿的临床症状,值得予以进一步地应用和推广。
Objective To analyze and study the clinical effects of zinc preparation combined with vitamin AD in children with diarrhea.Methods 120 children with diarrhea in the hospital from April 2018 to March 2019 were selected as subjects.According to the medi-cal records of the children,they were divided into two groups,including 60 cases in the control group and 60 cases in the observation group.The children in the control group were treated with vitamin AD,and the children in the observation group were treated with zinc preparation combined with vitamin AD.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results In the control group,26 cases were markedly effective,24 cases were effective,10 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was83.3%.42 cases were markedly effective in the observation group,17 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,and the total effec-tive rate was 98.3%.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The dif-ference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ~2=8.455,P<0.05).The antiemetic time of the control group was(3.02±0.81)d,the diarrhea time was(3.75±0.83)d,the antipyretic time was(2.84±0.71)d,and the antiemetic time of the observation group was(1.97±0.72)d,the diarrhea time was(2.52±0.49)d,and the antipyretic time was(1.77±0.38)d.The antiemetic time,diarrhea time and fever time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(t=3.244,3.057,4.158,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of zinc preparation combined with vitamin AD in the treatment of diarrhea in children has a good effect,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children,it is worth further application and promotion.
