摘要
目的探究丙戊酸治疗老年骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的临床疗效。方法选取2013年8月—2017年12月就诊重庆市渝北区人民医院老年MDS患者54例,采用随机数表法分组,各27例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以丙戊酸钠治疗。对比两组临床疗效、不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率74.07%(20/27)高于对照组44.44%(12/27),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.909,P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=3.527,P>0.05)。结论丙戊酸治疗老年MDS患者,能缓解病情,有助于减少输血,且安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of valproic acid in the treatment of elderly patients with myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS).MethodsFrom August 2013 to December 2017,54 elderly patients with MDS in the Yubei District People’s Hospital of Chongqing were selected and grouped by random number table,27 cases each.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with sodium valproate on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 74.07%(20/27)higher than that of the control group 44.44%(12/27),the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.909,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups,the difference Not statistically significant(χ~2=3.527,P>0.05).Conclusion Valproic acid can alleviate the disease in elderly patients with MDS,which can help reduce blood transfusion and is safe and worth promoting.
