摘要
某LNG应急调峰站在运行一段时间后,部分弯头在焊接接头处外表面发现裂纹。通过对管件进行化学成分分析、硬度测定、金相分析、断口SEM和腐蚀产物分析等,查明了失效原因。结果表明,由于化学成分及固溶处理质量不合格,导致在使用过程中发生应力腐蚀开裂。
After a period of operation of a LNG emergency peak shaving station,cracks were found on the outer surface of part elbow’s welded joints.By means of chemical composition analysis,hardness determination,metallographic analysis,fracture SEM and corrosion product analysis,etc.,the failure cause was found out.The results show that,the stress corrosion cracking occurs in the process of application because of the unqualified chemical composition and solution treatment quality.
