摘要
采用高频脉冲电流复合MIG电弧对6N01铝合金进行平板堆焊,采集焊接过程中的电压、电流信号,采用高速摄像拍摄熔滴过渡过程,分析高频频率对焊缝成形和熔滴过渡的影响。结果表明:复合高频脉冲电流增加了焊缝熔深和熔宽,频率为45 kHz时最大。复合高脉冲电流消除了电弧电压信号陡升陡降情况,电弧更稳定,熔滴过渡时在焊丝末端的残留部分减少,提高了焊接传质效率。
The flat plate surfacing for 6N01 aluminum alloy was carried out by high frequency pulse current hybrid MIG welding.The voltage and current signals during the welding process were collected.The droplet transfer processes were shot by high-speed camera.The influence of high frequency on weld formation and droplet transfer was analyzed.The results show that the weld penetration and weld width increase by hybridizing high frequency pulse current.When the high frequency of pulse current is 45 kHz,the weld penetration and weld width were the largest.Hybrid high frequency pulse current eliminates sharp rise and fall of the arc voltage signal,and the arc is more stable.The residual portion at the end of the wire reduces during the droplet transfer,which was beneficial to improving the efficiency of mass transfer.
