摘要
对液压支架用Q690高强钢免后热焊接工艺进行了研究。对焊缝金属进行扩散氢试验,斜Y坡口和硬度试验,并对焊接应力进行测试。结果表明,采用合适的焊接工艺参数,液压支架用Q690高强钢在免后热焊接时焊缝金属的扩散氢含量较低,且多数扩散氢可在焊后2 h内溢出,液压支架用Q690高强钢的焊接接头冷裂倾向小,在较苛刻的拘束条件和低温环境下焊接无冷裂纹的产生。采用合适的工艺控制措施,液压支架整体焊接应力和应变可控,后热对其影响有限。
The welding technology of Q690 high strength steel for hydraulic roof support without post-heat treatment was researched.The diffusion hydrogen test of weld metal,Y groove test and hardness test were carried out,and welding stress was tested.The test result shows that the diffusible hydrogen content in deposited metal of the Q690 high strength steel for hydraulic roof support without post-heat treatment is very low under suitable process parameters.Most of diffusible hydrogen spills over within two hours after welding.The cold cracking tendency of welded joint of Q690 high strength steel for hydraulic roof support is small.There is no cold cracking under restrict restraint and low temperature conditions.The welding stress-strain of hydraulic roof support can be controlled well under the suitable technology measures,and the post-heat treatment has little influence.
