摘要
焊接熔滴的过渡方式以及工艺参数对于焊缝质量起着主导作用。以流体力学和电磁理论为基础,通过VOF模型对熔滴界面追踪,考虑了熔滴的等离子流拉力、表面张力,建立了DE-GMAW熔滴过渡行为的数学物理模型,并对模型进行了求解。将模拟的熔滴脱落时间、尺寸与实验结果进行了验证对比,结果吻合良好;模拟研究表明,随着旁路电流的增加,熔滴的过渡方式逐渐发生变化,熔滴过渡时间缩短,熔滴尺寸减小。入口速度(送丝速度)对于熔滴的等效直径和脱落时间有较大的影响,在旁路电流不变时,可适当地通过控制入口速度调整熔滴的等效直径与脱落时间。
The transition mode and process parameters of the welding molten droplets play a major role on the quality of the welds.Base on fluid mechanics and electromagnetism theory,tracking the droplet interface by using VOF model and considering the drag force of plasma jet and surface tension,the mathematical model and physical model of the droplet transfer behavior of DE-GMAW were established and solved.The simulated droplet drop time and size were compared with the experimental results,and the results were in good agreement.The simulation results show that with the bypass current increases,the transition pattern of the droplets gradually changes,the droplet transfer time shortens,and the droplet size is smaller.The inlet velocity(wire feeding velocity)has a great influence on the equivalent diameter and detachment time of the droplet.When the bypass current is constant,the equivalent diameter and the droplet detachment time can be appropriately adjusted by controlling the inlet velocity.
