淬火介质冷却特性检测系统研究

摘要 淬火是热处理工艺中的一个重要环节,淬火介质的冷却特性是测定热处理质量好坏的关键。为了能够准确地测试出淬火介质的冷却性能,淬火介质冷却特性检测装置的测试探头在加热炉加热稳定后,应该快速地移入淬火介质中。通过对现有的检测系统进行分析,提出其中存在的问题,并对现有测试系统进行了改进。同时,对改进前、后的检测方案进行了有限元仿真分析。结果表明,改进型测试设备的结构优于原有测试设备的结构,为改进具有高精、高效的检测装置提供了理论依据。 Quenching is an important part of heat treatment process,and the cooling property of quenching medium is the key to determine the quality of heat treatment.In order to accurately test the cooling properties of quenchants,the probe of the testing device for the cooling characteristics of quenchants should be quickly transferred into the quenchants after the heating in the furnace is stabilized.Through the analysis of the existing testing system,the existing problems were put forward,and the existing test system was improved.At the same time,the finite element simulation analysis of the pre-and post-test schemes was carried out.The results show that,the structure of the improved test equipment is better than that of the original test equipment.The improved detection scheme provides a theoretical basis for improving the high-precision and high-efficiency detection device.
