倾斜基体激光熔覆残余应力场的数值模拟 被引量:7

摘要 为探究倾斜基体对激光增材制造熔覆层残余应力的影响,采用数值模拟法模拟了激光熔覆过程中的温度场和残余应力场。模拟了45钢基体表面的激光熔覆过程,基体与水平面夹角30°,送粉方式选用同步送粉方式,熔覆粉末选用316L不锈钢。计算了温度场,通过间接耦合的方法得出不同路径上残余应力的分布。结果表明:两种扫描方式(沿水平方向x、倾斜方向y)对熔覆层的等效残余应力分布影响不明显,扫描方向y等效应力大于扫描方向x的,且两种扫描方式影响了各个方向应力的对称性和大小。 In order to study the effect of inclined substrate on the residual stress in laser cladding,the temperature field and residual stress field in laser cladding process were simulated.The laser cladding process on 45 steel substrate was simulated,the angle between the substrate and the horizontal plane is 30°.The synchronous feeding method was used for powder feeding,and the powder was 316 L stainless steel.The temperature field was calculated first and the distribution of residual stress on different paths was obtained by indirect coupling method.The results show that the two scaning methods(along the horizontal direction x,and inclined direction y)have little effect on the value of effective residual stress in the cladding layer,the stress effective of scaning direction y is greater than that of scanning direction x,and the two scaning methods mainly affect the symmetry and value of stress in each direction.
