摘要
对电子束增材制造Ti6Al4V试样进行了退火处理,并分析了试样微观组织变化,并采用显微硬度计和拉伸试验机测试了试样的截面硬度和强度。研究表明,随退火温度升高,试样的魏氏组织和熔合线先被消除,然后沿晶界析出β相,退火温度达到900℃时,材料转变为平衡组织;退火温度对材料的平均硬度影响不大,但对硬度的变化幅度有较大影响。其中,700、900℃退火试样硬度比较均匀;材料经过700℃退火后,强度变化幅度不大,但是塑性有很大提高,伸长率最多提高了67%。
Annealing treatment was carried out for Ti6 Al4 V samples fabricated by electron beam additive manufacturing,and the microstructure of the sample was analyzed.The hardness and strength of the specimen were tested by microhardness tester and tensile testing machine.The results show that,with the annealing temperature increasing,the widmanstatten microstructure and fusion line of the sample is eliminated first,and thenβphase is precipitated along the grain boundary.When the annealing temperature reaches 900℃,the material is converted into a balanced microstructure.The annealing temperature has little effect on the average hardness of the material,but has a great influence on the variation of hardness.The hardness of the sample annealed at 700℃and 900℃is uniform.After annealing at 700℃,the strength of the material changed little,but the plasticity increases greatly and the elongation increases by up to 67%.
