摘要
在五轴数控点压渐进成形中,工具头沿不同的方向挤压板材会对成形质量产生一定的影响。本文通过定义点压方向角,在相同的终到刀位点下,探讨不同的点压方向(30°、45°、60°、75°、90°的点压方向角)对板材成形质量的影响。结果表明,点压方向主要影响成形件底部的回弹。当点压方向角θ=45°时,成形件底部的回弹量最小,并且在该角度下成形件总体的最大轴向绝对偏差和平均轴向绝对偏差值也最小,成形件总体的轮廓精度相对最好。在成形件的侧壁区域,当点压方向角θ=60°时,侧壁区域的平均轴向绝对偏差和最大轴向绝对偏差值最小。由于采用相同的终到刀位点轨迹,不同点压角度下粗糙度值波动比较小。
In the 5-axis point-press NC incremental forming, the tool head the sheet metal for extruding in different directions will have a certain influence on the forming quality. At the same end of the knife site, the influence of different point-press directions(30°,45°,60°,75° and 90°) on the forming quality of the sheet metal was studied by defining the point-press direction angle. The results show that the pressure direction mainly affects the springback at the bottom of the forming part.When the point-press angle is 45°, the springback at the bottom of the forming part is minimum, and the maximum absolute deviation in axial direction and the average absolute deviation value in axial direction are also the smallest at this angle, and the overall contour accuracy of the forming part is the best. In the side wall region of the forming part, the average absolute deviation in axial direction and the maximum absolute deviation value in axial direction in the side wall region are minimum when the angle of point-press direction is 60°. Due to the same endpoint of tool, the roughness fluctuates less at different pressure angles.
