摘要
利用有限元软件模拟了方盒形件分别在定值、直线递增、直线递减、V型等典型的压边力加载模式下的成形过程。比较后得到了较优的压边力加载模式。并结合成形实验不断地进行优化调整,得出一种相对更适合成形方盒形件的压边力曲线。从方盒形件拉深的模拟分析结果中可得:采用变压边力曲线的加载模式要比定压边力模式成形效果好,尤其是V型加载压边力模式更能有效地控制板材流动。在V型压边力曲线基础上,结合成形实验得到了最优变压边力加载曲线,其成形效果最好,可以有效地避免起皱和破裂。合理的变压边力可以改善板材冲压成形的性能。
The forming process of square box parts was simulated by using finite element software under typical blank holder loading mode such as fixed value, linear increment, linear decline and V-type. After comparison, a better loading mode of blank holder force was obtained. Combined with forming experiment,continuous optimization and adjustment were carried out. A blank holding force curve which was more suitable for forming square box parts was obtained. From the simulation analysis results of the drawing of the square box parts, it can be obtained that the loading mode with variable blank holding force curve has better forming effect than that with constant blank holder force mode, especially the V-type loading blank holder force mode can control sheet metal flow more effectively. On the basis of V-shape blank holder force curve, combined with forming experiment, the optimal variable blank holder loading curve was obtained. The forming effect is the best and wrinkling and cracking can be effectively avoided. Reasonable variable blank holder force can improve the sheet metal forming performance.
