摘要
采用回填式搅拌摩擦点焊对1.8 mm厚AA1060铝与2 mm厚C11000铜板(Al板在上)进行焊接,研究转速对接头的显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:当转速过低时会出现表面粘料缺陷;而当转速较高时则会有飞边缺陷的产生。接头界面处生成了CuAl2金属间化合物,当转速为2100 r/min时,扩散层厚度为7.2μm。随着转速的升高,铝板上焊核区的硬度升高,随着距焊核中心距离的增加,硬度逐渐升高,在套筒作用区边缘达到最大。随着转速的升高,接头的拉剪载荷呈现先增加后减小的趋势。
1.8 mm thick AA1060 aluminum and 2 mm thick C11000 copper plates were welded by refill friction stir spot welding(RFSSW) with the Al plate as upper plate, and the influence of rotating speed on the microstructure and the mechanical properties of the welded joint was investigated. The results show that low rotating speed leads to the occurrence of the surface material adhesion and high rotating speed leads to the generation of flash. CuAl2 intermetallic compound forms at the interface of the joint, and when the rotating speed is 2100 r/min, the thickness of the diffusion layer is 7.2 μm. With the increase of rotaing speed, the hardness of stir zone of Al plate increases. With the increase of distance from the weld core center, the hardness increases gradually and reaches the maximum at the edge of the sleeve action zone. Tensile shear load of the joint firstly increases and then decreases with the increase of rotating speed.
