摘要
采用宏观检查、化学成分分析、微观组织观察及力学性能检测等方法,对某发电厂除氧器筒体母材开裂泄漏进行失效分析。结果表明:该母材开裂原因是现场安装制造过程中采用火焰校圆时,加热温度过高或时间过长造成筒体母材组织发生变化,性能下降,从而导致脆性开裂。
By means of macroscopical inspection,chemical composition analysis,microstructure observation and mechanical property test,the failure analysis of base metal cracking and leakage of deaerator tube in a power plant was carried out.The results show that,the cracking of the base metal is caused by the excessive heating temperature or too long time during flame correction in the process of installation and manufacture,which results in the change of the structure of the parent metal and the deterioration of the properties of the base metal and leads to brittleness cracking.
