摘要 对支撑座锻造过程进行了模拟分析,得到了锻件充填不足的原因,即预锻件形状不合理导致锻件局部补料路径过长。根据锻件缺陷分析结果,优化了锻造工艺,修改了预锻件的形状。通过实际生产获得了质量良好的锻件,锻件不合格率由32.4%降至14.6%,同时模具寿命得到相应的提升。 The forging process of a support pedestal was simulated and analyzed, and the reason of insufficient filling of the forging was obtained, that is, the unreasonable shape of pre-forging leads to too long local filling path of forgings.According to the analysis results of forging defects, the forging process was optimized and the shape of pre-forging was modified. Good quality forgings were obtained through actual production. The unqualified rate of forgings was reduced from 32.4% to 14.6%, and the die life was improved accordingly.
