用成年猫15隻,将30~50%的HRP20~30微升注入右侧甲状腺侧叶。结果除在注射侧的颈上节、结状节、疑核、迷走神经背核以及C_(7-8)、T_(1-6)后根节发现标记细胞外,并在对侧疑核也发现少数标记细胞。
Our objective is to find the origin of the thyroid gland innervation in the cat.15 adult cats,3 kg each,were used in the investigation.Urethane(1 g/kg)being injected into the abdominal cavity,the right lobe of the thyroid gland was exposed.Following microinjection of HRP into the right lobe of the thyroid gland,the animal survived 72 hours.According to the routine technique,the perfusion and fixation were done,and the materials were removed,the coronal,serial,frozen sec-tions were made,and the stained sections were observed with the micro-scope.Labelled cells were found in the superior cervical ganglion,the no-dose ganglion,the nucleus ambiguus and the dorsal nucleus of the vagus nerve.There were more labelled cells found in T1-4 spinal nerve ganglia among the C7-T6.There were more labelled cells observed in ganglion T3 than in T1,T2,T4.In addition,a few labelled cells were seen in the nucleus retrofacialis of the injection side and in the nucleus ambiguus of the opposite side.
