摘要
目的探讨经皮穴位电刺激(Transcutaneous Electrical Acupoint Stimulation,TEAS)联合ICU常规营养支持治疗对危重患者肠内营养达标率的影响。方法采用自身前后对照的试验设计,所有纳入研究的30例危重患者均在重症监护病房常规治疗及肠内营养支持治疗基础上进行TEAS干预(以下称TEAS联合疗法),观察肠内营养达标率及胃肠电图的变化。结果经TEAS联合疗法,危重患者肠内营养达标率第7天高于第1天及第3天(P<0.01);胃肠电图1导联(胃体)胃动过缓发生率第3天和第7天较第1天降低(P<0.05);正常胃电频率第3天和第7天较第1天增多(P<0.05);5导联(升结肠)经TEAS治疗后第7天胃肠电紊乱比例降低(P<0.05)。结论TEAS联合疗法能提高危重患者肠内营养的达标率,实现肠内营养目标。
Objective To investigate the effects of Transcutaneous Electrical Acupoint Stimulation(TEAS)with ICU routine nutritional support on enteral nutrition compliance rate in critically ill patients.Methods Experimental design using experimental subjects itself pre-and post-tested control trial,we selected 30 critically ill patients who met the inclusion criteria as research objects,and all patients underwent ICU routine treatment(Hereinafter referred to as TEAS combination therapy).To observe the changes of enteral nutrition compliance rate and electrogastroenterogram in critically ill patients.Result After TEAS treatment,the compliance rate of enteral nutrition on the seventh day in critically ill patients was higher than that on the first day and the third day(P<0.01).After consecutive treatments,the incidence of bradyratio of gastric electrophysiology on the third day in the One Lead(stomach)was lower than that on the first day(P<0.05),on the seventh day were lower than that om the first day(P<0.05);the third day of normal gastric power frequency increased compared with the first day(P<0.05),and the seventh day increased compared with the first day(P<0.05);the normal gastric electrophysiology frequency increased both on the third day and seventh day compared with the first day(P<0.05);the proportion of gastric myoelectric arrhythmias decreased on the seventh day in the Fifth Lead(ascending colon)after TEAS treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion TEAS combination therapy can improve the compliance rate of enteral nutrition in critically ill patients and achieve the goal of enteral nutrition.
