Analysis on the temporal and spatial change of drought in Northeast China from 1949 to 2017

摘要 根据东北地区1949—2017年的播种、受旱、成灾和绝收面积、因旱人饮困难、粮食因旱损失等统计数据,分析了黑龙江省、吉林省和辽宁省旱灾时空变化特征。结果表明:东北地区干旱灾害发生频率越来越高,而且干旱持续的时间由过去的以短时段为主,发展成为春夏连旱、夏秋连旱;近70a以来,受旱面积和成灾比例较高的几次严重干旱事件都发生在2000年以后,以2000年和2007年最为典型;连年干旱造成的影响越来越深远,因旱人饮困难数、粮食因旱损失量和农业直接经济损失在2000年和2007年达到最高。 Based on the statistical data of crop sowing, drought, disaster and failure area, population lacking drinking water, and grain loss due to drought in Northeast China from 1949 to 2017, the temporal and spatial characteristics of drought in Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning provinces were analysed. The results show that the frequency of drought disaster is higher and higher in Northeast China, and the duration of drought has developed from short-term to continuous drought in spring, summer and autumn. In the past 70 years, several serious drought events with higher drought area and disaster ratio have occurred after 2000, most typical in 2000 and 2007. The impact of continuous drought is getting deeper and deeper. In 2000 and 2007, the number of people suffering from drinking difficulties due to drought, the amount of food loss due to drought and the direct economic loss of agriculture reached the highest.
