淹水胁迫对水库消落带五节芒根际土壤酶活性的影响

Effect of submergence on rhizospheric soil enzyme activity of Miscanthus Floridulus growthin water-level-fluctuation zone of reservoir

摘要 选取浙江省长潭水库消落带生境与非消落带生境下的五节芒(Miscanthus floriclulus)作为试验材料,通过盆栽模拟试验,观察其在淹水胁迫条件下植株根际土壤酶活性的变化动态。结果表明:随着淹水时间的延长,消落带生境和非消落带生境中五节芒根际土壤过氧化氢酶活性、蔗糖酶活性、酸性磷酸酶活性都呈下降趋势。消落带生境中的过氧化氢酶活性始终高于非消落带生境中的过氧化氢酶活性,而消落带生镜根际土壤蔗糖酶活性和酸性磷酸酶活性始终低于非消落带生境。说明消落带生境中生长的五节芒在淹水条件下,对土壤中有毒物质过氧化氢的清除能力要大于非消落带生境,而消落带生境中相对低的蔗糖酶和酸性磷酸酶活性能缓慢消耗淹水植株体内贮存的营养物质和能量,提高五节芒植株的抗淹能力。 The submergence experiment was conduct on Miscanthus floridulus originally growth in water-level-fluctuation zone and non-water-level-fluctuation zone in Changtan reservoir area,in order to investigate rhizospheric soil enzyme and fertility under different submergence duration.The result shows that with the increasing of submergence duration,the activity of soil catalase,soil sucrase and soil acid phosphatase are decreased respectively.But the activity of rhizospheric soil catalase of Miscanthus floridulus originally growth in water-level-fluctuation zone is higher than that originally growth in non-water-level-fluctuation zone during submergence,while the activity of rhizospheric soil sucrase and soil acid phosphatase of Miscanthus floridulus originally growth in water-level-fluctuation zone is lower than that originally growth in non-water-level-fluctuation zone during submergence.The results obtained indicated that Miscanthus floridulus originally growth in water-level-fluctuation zone has more scavenging activity on hydrogen peroxide than that originally growth in non-water-level-fluctuation zone under submergence.Tolerance to submergence in Miscanthus floridulus originally growth in water-level-fluctuation zone is stronger than that growth in non-water-level-fluctuation zone,which can consume nutrient and energy stored in plants during submergence more slowly and enhance the capacity of flood-ing resistance of Miscanthus floridulus.
