摘要
丰满水电站全面治理(重建)工程是国家重点项目,其发电厂房采用饰面清水混凝土,实施过程中进行了详细深入的前期策划、优化设计、材料优选、配合比试验研究和大量细部工艺试验,形成了从模板制安、钢筋制安、混凝土拌制、浇筑、养护和成品保护及缺陷处理到保护剂涂刷等一整套施工及质量控制管理技术。本文对丰满水电站厂房饰面清水混凝土实施过程中的技术研究与质量控制实践进行了系统的总结分析。
As a national key project,the comprehensive treatment(reconstruction)project of Fengman Hydropower Station adopts fair faced concrete construction for the power house,and carries out detailed and in-depth preliminary planning,optimization design,material optimization,mix proportion test research and a large number of detailed process tests,forming the following aspects:formwork manufacturing and installation,reinforcement manufacturing and installation,concrete mixing,pouring,maintenance,finished product protection and defect treatment to guarantee a complete set of successful construction and quality control management technology,such as protective agent brushing.This paper systematically summarizes and analyzes the technical research and quality control practice in the process of finishing as cast finish concrete of Fengman Hydropower Station.
