摘要
通过对传统磁轭加热方法进行研究分析,有针对性地对丰满水电站发电机转子磁轭加热方法进行改进,通过采用远红外不锈钢加热片辅以履带式加板的智能温控加热方式,可按预定的温升曲线加热磁轭,到达预设温度后自动进入恒温模式,有效避免了传统加热方式耗时长、温差大、受热不均、无法实现局部单独温控以及需要人工记录温度等缺点,有效提高了转子加热的效率,保证了转子整体受热膨胀量均匀,同时降低了能耗,确保了现场作业人员安全。
Through the investigation of the traditional magnet heating method,analysis and summary of its shortcomings,targeted improvement of the plump hydropower station generator rother magnet heating method,through the use of far-infrared stainless steel heating plate supplemented by track-type plate intelligent temperature control heating method,according to the predetermined temperature rise curve heating magnet,reached the preset temperature automatically into the constant temperature mode,effectively avoid the traditional heating method of long time,temperature difference,heating is not equal,can not achieve local temperature control.Effectively improve the efficiency of roter heating,to ensure that the overall amount of thermal expansion of the rot is uniform,while reducing energy consumption,to ensure the safety of field workers.
