摘要
2020年汛期,长江中下游流域降雨量498.5 mm,较常年同期偏多64.3%,为1961年以来历史同期最大。7月以来,江西鄱阳湖地区遭受持续强降雨袭击,鄱阳县域内河流、湖泊水位暴涨,鄱阳湖水系昌江流域发生超20年一遇洪水,鄱阳县问桂道、中洲圩等圩堤相继发生决口,中国安能第二工程局奉命承担决口封堵任务。在抢险过程中,通过科学研判分析,采取先进行"疏通道路、拓展会车平台、备足装备料源",再进行"戗堤裹头保护、石料填筑进占、水上分层碾压"的机械化单、双向进占战法进行封堵,特别是针对"车多、路窄、料远"等不利条件,采取道路保通及水上运输等关键技术,为快速成功封堵决口奠定了可靠的技术保障,可为类似决口封堵提供有益参考。
During the flood season in 2020,the rainfall in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Basin was 498.5 mm,64.3%more than that in the same period of the previous years,which was the largest in history since 1961.Since July,the Poyang Lake in Jiangxi Province has been hit by continuous heavy rainfall,and the water levels of rivers and lakes in Poyang County have soared.The Chang River basin of Poyang Lake Water System has suffered a over 20-year flood,and the dikes like Wengguidao and Zhongzhouwei in Poyang County have broken one after another.China Anneng Group Second Engineering Bureau Co.,Ltd.,was ordered to undertake the task of blocking the breach.In the rescue process,through scientific analysis,it adopted the measures of"clearing the paths,expanding the vehicles meeting platform,and preparing sufficient equipment and materials",then carried out the mechanized single and two-way advancing tactics of the head protection of the embankment,the filling and occupation of stones,and the layered rolling on the water to block.Especially for the adverse conditions of many vehicles,narrow roads,and far materials,it made use of key technologies such as road guarantee and water transportation to lay a reliable technology for the rapid and successful closure of the breach,providing useful reference for similar burst blocking.
