蓄能自发光安全标线在丰满重建工程安全设施标准化建设中的探索与应用 被引量:2

Exploration and application of energy storage self-luminous safety marking in the standardization of safety facilities of Fengman Reconstruction Project

摘要 为做好丰满水电站全面治理(重建)工程安全设施标准化建设,探索自发光安全标线在水电企业安全生产中的应用,根据蓄能自发光材料特性,结合水电站建设特点,以可行、经济、美观、实用、提升功能、绿色环保为出发点,研究自发光材料在水电站建设中的应用价值。在丰满重建工程安全设施标准化建设中,考虑各个高层的功能、设备环境、经济合理性,采用不同形式的蓄能自发光材料,主要建成了环氧彩砂无机蓄光标线、无机蓄光瓷砖标线、水泥自流坪无机蓄光标线3种不同形式的安全标线。通过对比建成后的实际效果发现,由于蓄能自发光材料具有机械强度高、耐候性好、耐老化、易清洁、使用寿命长等特点,使厂房光亮整洁,大幅度提升了整体的视觉效果;由于其自发光的材料特性,在全厂断电及应急电源失去的情况下,安全疏散指示标线在黑暗中能够起到指示、引导、告知的作用,大幅提升了应急疏散能力,更加完备了应急疏散系统。 In order to complete the standardized construction of safety facilities for the comprehensive treatment(reconstruction)of the Fengman Hydropower Station,explore the application of self-luminous safety markings in the safe production of hydropower enterprises,according to the characteristics of energy storage self-luminous materials,combined with the construction characteristics of hydropower stations,to be feasible,economical and beautiful,practical,functional enhancement,and environmental protection are the starting points to study the application value of self-luminous materials in the construction of hydropower stations.In the standard construction of the safety facilities of the Fengman Reconstruction Project,considering the function,equipment environment,and economic rationality of each high-rise building,different forms of energy storage self-luminous materials are used,and the epoxy colored sand inorganic storage cursor line and the inorganic light storage ceramic tile marking line are mainly built.Three different forms of safety markings for cement artesian inorganic storage markers.Through the actual effect after completion,it is found that due to the high mechanical strength,good weather resistance,aging resistance,easy cleaning,and long service life of the energy storage self-luminous material,the plant is bright and tidy,and the overall visual effect is greatly improved.The self-luminous material characteristics,in the case of power failure of the whole plant and loss of emergency power supply,the safety evacuation indicator line plays the role of indicating,guiding and informing in the dark,which greatly improves the emergency evacuation capability and completes the emergency evacuation system.
