摘要
佛教弘法,经像并传,《维摩诘经》变图像,是佛教像教弘法中重要的题材之一,经变依据于经典。《维摩诘经》的译传盛行直接促使《维摩诘经》变图像的产生、演变和发展,过去有不少研究者对此进行了研究,也有不少成果,但仍然存在一些问题有待进一步深入研究。本文在前人的研究基础上,试从《维摩诘经》的译出传播;经变图像在中国的产生、演变和发展;图像的解读等方面,以泾渭河流域造像为中心,对中国六世纪前的《维摩诘经》变图像再进行一些分析探讨,提出了一些新的见解。
Dharma propagation is conducted both through sutras and images.The images of Vimalakirti Sutra are one of the important themes of Buddha Dharma teaching through symbols and images.The sutra illustrations were based on scriptures.The prevalence of the translation and spread of Vimalakirti Sutra directly contributed to the emergence,evolution and development of Vimalakirti Sutra illustrations.In the past,many researchers studied this and have made many achievements,but it is still necessary for people to conduct further and deeper studies to solve some problems.Based on the previous studies,and focusing on the image creation of the Jingwei River Basin,this paper tries to give further analysis and discussion and puts forward some new opinions for the Vimalakirti Sutra illustrations before the sixth century in respects of the translation and spread of Vimalakirti Sutra,the generation,evolution and development of sutra illustrations in China,the interpretation of images and others.
