摘要
现在很多的大学生不知道今后想干什么工作,大学期间的最高目标就是六十分能毕业就行,混到毕业后没有专业优势,造成了企业招不到合适的学生,学生找不到合适的工作。勉强找到一个工作,各方面都不满意,导致经常跳槽换工作,几年下来什么都不会,越来越不想上班越来越无力。这一切都源于没有做好职业规划,特别是大学期间的中短期规划。如何做好中短期职业规划呢?需要从自我评价、环境分析、确定目标、目标实施、目标修正这几个方面进行。
Many college students do not know what to do in the future,and the highest goal in universities is to pass the exams to graduate.In the end the graduates aren’t able to find right jobs because they have no professional advantage and the enterprise can’t find qualified students.Finally the students find jobs reluctantly which are not satisfactory in all aspects resulting in frequent job change.A few years later they learn little and get little,and more and more of them do not want to go to work and become powerless.All these stem from failure to do a good job of career planning,especially short-and mediumterm planning during college.How to do a good job in short-and medium-term career planning?It needs to be carried out from the aspects of self-evaluation,environmental analysis,goal determination,goal implementation and goal correction.
