摘要
加强农村水利工程建设和管理对搞好农村水利工程用水调度意义重大。目前农村水利工程管理工作中还存在一些问题,需要采取相应的措施加强管理,充分发挥农村水利工程的效益。
Strengthening the construction and management of rural water conservancy projects is of great significance to the water use dispatch of rural water conservancy projects.At present,there are still some problems in the management of rural water conservancy projects,so it is necessary to take corresponding measures to strengthen the management and give full play to the benefits of rural water conservancy projects.
