摘要
随着工业化进程的加速,危险化学品企业在我国经济发展中起到越来越重要的作用,但是危险化学品事故频发,严重威胁到公共安全和人民的生命健康。文章通过对我国危险化学品企业安全管理的现状进行深入剖析,揭示危险化工行业的安全管理漏洞,目的在于为制定有效的安全防控策略提供理论依据。一些企业在安全教育、事故预防和应急响应方面存在短板,特别是在内部监督机制和安全文化建设方面仍有不足。文章建议构建多层次、全方位的安全管理体系,强化法规执行力度,及时更新防控技术,同时在企业内部推广安全文化,以提高企业抵御安全事故的能力。
With the acceleration of industrialization,hazardous chemical enterprises play an increasingly important role in China’s economic development.However,hazardous chemical accidents occur frequently,posing a serious threat to public safety and people’s health.This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the current situation of safety management in hazardous chemical enterprises in China,revealing the loopholes in safety management in the hazardous chemical industry,with the aim of providing theoretical basis for formulating effective safety prevention and control strategies.Some enterprises have shortcomings in safety education,accident prevention,and emergency response,especially in internal supervision mechanisms and safety culture construction.This article suggests building a multi-level and comprehensive safety management system,strengthening regulatory enforcement,updating prevention and control technologies in a timely manner,and promoting safety culture within the enterprise to enhance its ability to resist safety accidents.
