薏苡仁糠油乙醇水提法工艺研究与功能性质初探 被引量:2

Extraction Investigation of Adlay Bran Oil with Aqueous Ethanol and Initial Functional and Characteristic Exploration of This Oil

摘要 试验比较了不同提取法提取薏苡仁糠中薏苡仁糠油的效果,选定了乙醇水提法,并通过单因素试验确定了乙醇水提法最佳工艺条件:原料经粉碎至粒径30μm、乙醇体积分数30%、反应温度50℃、提取pH 7.0、反应时间2 h、料液比1︰5(g/mL)。在该条件下,游离油得率为71.44%±0.8%。同时,试验还证明了薏苡仁糠油能够明显抑制脂肪酸合成酶(肿瘤组织中一种活跃度很高的酶),反映了薏苡仁糠油可能是一种潜在的具有抗癌的功能性油脂。此次试验将促进薏苡仁糠油的进一步研究和开发利用,以及大幅度增加薏苡加工企业经济效益。 In this work,compared with different methods,aqueous ethanol extraction method was selected as the best approach to extract adlay bran oil.The optimum extraction conditions were identified by single factor experiment;The results were as follows:the particle diameter of crushed material was 30μm,ethanol concentration was 30%,extraction temperature was 50℃,extraction pH was 7.0,extraction time was 2 h,and solid-to-liquid ration was 1︰5(g/mL).Under above optimal conditions,the adlay bran oil yield reached 71.44%±0.8%.Simultaneously,the work showed that adlay bran oil could effectively inhibit the activity of fatty acid synthase,which indicated that the adlay bran oil had an anti-cancer potential as a functional lipid.The work would also promote the further study,exploitation,usage of adlay bran oil and largely increase the economic benefit of coix process industry.
