民族院校大学新生心理健康服务需要现状及对策研究 被引量:1

Research on the Situation and Countermeasures of Mental Health Service Requirements among Freshmen in Minzu University

摘要 为了解民族院校大学新生心理健康服务需要的现状与特点,我们采用青少年心理健康服务需要问卷对某民族院校1581名大学新生进行施测。结果表明,民族院校大学新生对于心理健康服务有一定需要但并不强烈。71%的新生选择从学校心理健康服务机构获得帮助,其次是私立和社区的心理健康服务机构;近70%的大学新生倾向于选择专业人员和朋辈群体获得帮助;在服务内容方面,近80%的大学新生倾向于关注人际关系、自我身心管理和校园适应等议题;在服务途径上,70%的大学新生倾向于选择科普讲座、咨询专家和朋辈群体面谈。不同民族的大学新生在心理健康服务机构、服务人员、服务内容和服务途径上没有显著差异,但少数民族大学新生在心理健康服务态度上得分显著低于汉族。总体来看,民族院校大学新生的心理健康服务需要强度偏低,但对心理健康服务专业机构和专业人员的认可度较高,更倾向于选择传统的科普宣传和课堂教育形式获得心理健康知识。对此,建议民族院校可从校内外心理健康服务资源的优化与整合等多个方面提升心理健康服务工作。 In order to understand the situation and characteristics of mental health service requirements among freshmen in ethnic minority universities, 1581 freshmen were measured by Adolescents’ Mental Health Service Need Questionnaire. The results shows that the freshmen in ethnic universities have lower scores than the theoretical median, and their attitude towards mental health service was not positive;71% freshmen selected to get help from school mental health service institutions, then followed by private and community mental health service institutions;nearly 70% freshmen were willing to choose professionals and peer groups to get help. In service contents, nearly 80% freshmen tended to focus on interpersonal relationships, self-management of body and mind, campus adaptation and other issues;70% freshmen tended to select popular science lectures, consultation experts and interviews with peer groups. There are no significant differences in mental health service institutions, service personnel, service content and service channels among freshmen of different ethnic universities, but the service demand attitude score of minority freshmen is significantly lower than Han freshmen. Generally speaking, ethnic universities’ freshmen have a lower demand for mental health services need, but they have a higher approval towards both mental health service institutions and professionals. They preferred to choose traditional popular science publicity and classroom education to acquire mental health knowledge. Therefore, it is suggested that ethnic universities should improve the work of mental health service from the aspects of optimization and integration of mental health service resources inside and outside the school.
