摘要
公共服务满意度不仅反映出社会对公众需求的满足情况,也折射出公众对社会的信任和规范的认可情况。为从禀赋和场域的视角来认识公共服务满意度对育龄人群生育意愿的影响,本研究利用2015年中国社会综合调查的数据,构建了一个以社区社会信任为中介变量、城镇化率为调节变量的条件过程模型。研究发现:在城镇化水平较低的情况下,公共服务满意度对育龄人群生育意愿的直接效应以及社区社会信任对公共服务满意度与育龄人群生育意愿之间关系的中介效应均不显著;在城镇化水平较高的情况下,公共服务满意度对育龄人群生育意愿具有显著负向影响,社区社会信任在公共服务满意度与育龄人群生育意愿之间的中介效应显著,即公共服务满意度通过社区社会信任间接影响育龄人群的生育意愿。
Public service reflects the relationship between government responsibility and citizen rights.The reciprocity in public service determines that it's not one-way relationship between supply side and demand side.Therefore,public service satisfaction reflects not only meeting the demand of public,but also building social trust and identifying social norms.To understand the effect of public service satisfaction on fertility intention in perspective of economic utility and social capital,this study constructed a conditional process model with social trust in community as mediating variable and urbanization rate as moderating variable using the Chinese General Social Survey(CGSS)data of 2015.The results show that the direct effect of public service satisfaction on fertility intention and the mediating effect of social trust on the relationship between public service satisfaction and fertility intention are moderated by urbanization rate.Specifically,in the case of low urbanization rate,the direct effect of public service satisfaction on fertility intention and the mediating effect of social trust on the relationship between public service satisfaction and fertility intention are not significant,and in the case of high urbanization rate,public service satisfaction has a direct negative effect on fertility intention of people in childbearing age,and social trust has a positive mediating effect on the relationship between public service satisfaction and fertility intention of people in childbearing age.
