摘要
目的本研究探讨影响高血压健康行为的危险因素,为高血压患者更好的进行健康监测和行为管理提供保障。方法选取2018-08-01-2019-08-01大连市中医医院心内科病房收治的高血压患者450例作为研究对象,按健康行为水平评分分为健康行为良好组(387例)及健康行为不良组(63例),分析高血压健康行为的影响因素。结果单因素分析结果显示,年龄(χ2=7.037,P=0.03)、病程(χ2=6.772,P=0.03)、文化程度(χ2=14.572,P<0.001)、职业性质(χ2=17.038,P<0.001)、首次诊断机构(χ2=29.472,P<0.001)及是否有监护人(χ2=24.3,P<0.001)与高血压患者健康行为有关联。多因素分析结果显示,小学文化(OR=1.911,95%CI为1.023~3.571,P=0.042)、不稳定职业(OR=2.047,95%CI为1.126~3.724,P=0.019,)、首诊医院级别低(OR=2.092,95%CI为1.074~4.074,P=0.030)、无监护人(OR=2.015,95%CI为1.077~3.769,P=0.028)是影响高血压患者健康行为的危险因素。结论应加强对低文化水平、不稳定性职业、首诊医院级别低、无监护人的高血压患者健康行为监控,为高血压患者进行更好的健康监测和行为管理提供保障。
OBJECTIVE This study explored the risk factors that affect the healthy behavior of hypertension,and provided a guarantee for better health monitoring and behavior management of hypertensive patients.METHODS A total of 450 patients with hypertension admitted to the Cardiology Ward of Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 1,2018 to August 01,2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the health behavior level score,they were divided into a healthy behavior group(387 cases)and a healthy behavior group.(63 cases),and the influencing factors of hypertension health behavior were analyzed.RESULTS Univariate analysis showed that age(χ2=7.037,P=0.03),course of disease(χ2=6.772,P=0.03),education level(χ2=14.572,P<0.001),occupational nature(χ2=17.038,P<0.001),the first diagnosis institution(χ2=29.472,P<0.001)and whether there was a guardian(χ2=24.3,P<0.001)was related to the health behavior of hypertensive patients.Multivariate analysis showed that primary school culture(OR=1.911,95%CI:1.023-3.571,P=0.042),unstable occupation(OR=2.047,95%CI:1.126-3.724,P=0.019),the first hospital low grade(OR=2.092,95%CI:1.074-4.074,P=0.030),no guardian(OR=2.015,95%CI:1.077-3.769,P=0.028)were risk factors that affect the health behavior of hypertension patients.CONCLUSION The health behavior monitoring of hypertensive patients with low education level,unstable occupations,lowlevel first-diagnosis hospitals,and no guardians should be strengthened to provide guarantee for better health monitoring and behavior management of hypertensive patients.
