高职高专护生参与社区母乳喂养知识宣教效果探讨 被引量:1

Effects of community-based health education provided by associate degree nursing students for breastfeeding

摘要 目的探讨高职高专护生以社会实践形式对社区孕产妇进行母乳喂养知识宣教的效果。方法选取2017-04-01-2017-07-31临沂市兰山区6个社区(沟上社区、朱夏社区、葛家王平社区、角沂馨苑社区、东关社区和苗庄社区)的200名孕妇作为研究对象,将其中3个社区(沟上社区、朱夏社区和葛家王平社区)的100名作为观察组,另外3个社区的100名为对照组。2组孕妇在常规健康教育基础上,观察组选取高职高专护理专业学生以"一对一"形式进行母乳喂养知识宣教,比较2组母乳喂养情况及宣教前后护生的沟通能力。结果干预后,观察组母乳喂养知识平均得分为15分,对照组为11分,差异有统计学意义,Z=-0.242,P=0.015;母乳喂养态度平均得分为37分,对照组为33分,差异有统计学意义,Z=-3.510,P=0.001。观察组产后6个月母乳喂养率为51.95%,对照组为34.67%,χ2=5.470,P=0.020;产后12个月断乳率为29.87%,对照组49.33%,χ2=6.610,P=0.010。护生在参与社区宣教活动后临床沟通能力得分明显高于宣教前,差异有统计学意义,均P<0.001。结论通过护生参与社区母乳喂养知识宣教,可有效提高母乳喂养率,延长母乳喂养时间,同时提高护生的沟通能力。 Objective To investigate the effects of community-based health education provided by associate degree nursing students for promoting breastfeeding.Methods Totally 200 pregnant women from 6 communities(Goushang,Zhuxia,Gejiawangping,Jiaoyixinyuan,Dongguan,Miaozhuang)in April 1,2017 to July 31,2017 Lanshan District of Linyi City were selected as the research objects,100 people from 3 communities(Goushang,Zhuxia,Gejiawangping)were used as the observation group,and 100 people from the other three communities were used as the control group.On the basis of routine health education for the two groups of pregnant women,the observation group selected high vocational and technical nursing students to teach breastfeeding knowledge in a"one-to-one"manner,and compared the breastfeeding situation of the two groups and the communication skills of nursing students before and after the education.Results After the intervention,the observation group had an average of 15 points for breastfeeding knowledge and the control group had 11 points,the difference was statistically significant,Z=-0.242,P=0.015.The observation group’s breastfeeding attitude had an average of 37 points,and the control group had 33 points,the difference was statistically significant.Z=-3.510,P=0.001.The breastfeeding rate of the observation group at 6 months postpartum was 51.95%,and that of the control group was 34.67%(χ2=5.470,P=0.020).The weaning rate at 12 months postpartum in the observation group was 29.87%and the control group was 49.33%(χ2=6.610,P=0.010).The score of clinical communication ability of nursing students was significantly higher than that before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant,all P<0.001.Conclusion Community-based health education provided by nurse students can significantly improve the breastfeeding knowledge,attitudes,and behavior with other benefits.
