思维导图在指导糖尿病患者避免胰岛素注射误区中的护理应用 被引量:2

Nursing application of mind map in guiding diabetic patients to avoid the misunderstanding of insulin injection

摘要 目的探讨思维导图在指导糖尿病胰岛素使用者中的应用,旨在减少患者注射误区,提高胰岛素使用安全性。方法选取2018-10-01-2019-09-01湖南省常德市第一人民医院接受治疗并且出院后需要注射胰岛素的160例糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据基线资料均衡的原则分为观察组和对照组,各80例。其中对照组胰岛素注射的护理健康教育主要是进行惯常的口头健康教育,并对图文教育手册进行发放;观察组以患者易于对注射胰岛素形成的误区作为切入点,主要从对胰岛素的正确认识、存储的方式、注射部位的轮换、注射的方式、重复使用针头的危害5个方面对思维导图进行绘制,根据思维导图对患者开展健康教育,干预结束后由2名经统一培训的责任护士负责收集研究数据,采用SPSS 16.0对2组患者研究结果进行分析。结果干预前胰岛素注射知识掌握得分对照组为(36.60±4.24)分,观察组为(36.70±3.43)分,差异无统计学意义,t=0.164,P>0.05;干预后胰岛素注射知识评分对照组为(40.85±6.01)分,观察组为(50.45±4.39)分,差异有统计学意义,t=11.537,P<0.001;健康教育的满意度得分对照组为(14.45±1.19)分,观察组为(17.40±1.60),差异有统计学意义,t=13.232,P<0.001。结论思维导图健康指导使糖尿病患者避免胰岛素的注射误区,更好地掌握正确注射的知识,提高患者胰岛素注射安全性及满意度。 Objective To explore the application of mind map in guiding diabetic insulin users,aiming to reduce patients’misunderstanding of injection and improve the safety of insulin.Methods Totally 160 cases of diabetic patients who received treatment from the First People’s Hospital of Changde City,Hunan Province and required insulin injections after discharge were selected as research objects from January 2018 to September 2019.According to the principle of balanced baseline data,they were divided into observation group and control group,group 80 cases of each groups.The nursing and health education of insulin injection in the control group were mainly to carry out the usual oral health education and distribute graphic education manuals.While the observation group used the misunderstanding that patients were prone to injecting insulin as the entry point,mainly from the correct understanding of insulin,the way of storage,the rotation of the injection site,the way of injection,and the harm of repeated use of needles to draw the mind map,and carried out health education for the patient according to the mind map.Two uniformly trained nurses were responsible for collecting the research data,and using SPSS 16.0 statistical software to analyze the results of the two groups of patients.Results Before the intervention,the scores of insulin injection knowledge mastery were(36.60±4.24)points in the control group and(36.70±3.43)points in observation group.The difference was not statistically significant(t=0.164,P>0.05).After the intervention insulin injection knowledge score of the control group was(40.85±6.01)points,and the observation group was(50.45±4.39)points.The difference was statistically significant(t=11.537,P<0.001).In terms of health education satisfaction scores,the score of the control group was(14.45±1.19),and the observation group was(17.40±1.60),the difference was statistically significant(t=13.232,P<0.001).Conclusion Mind map health guidance can help diabetic patients avoid the misunderstanding of insulin injection,enable patients to better grasp the knowledge of correct injection,and improve the safety and satisfaction of patients with insulin injection.
