摘要
目的通过对菏泽家政职业学院2019级大专护理专业部分学生的分析,探讨课程思政在基础护理实训教学中的应用效果。方法采取单纯随机抽样方法,于2020-12-06-2021-12-06选取菏泽家政职业学院2019级362名护理专业大专生为研究对象,分为对照组(n=180名)和观察组(n=182名)。对照组采用常规基础护理实训教学;观察组在传统教学方法的基础上,结合临床护理情况,将课程思政融入到护理实训教学中。比较2组学生实训技能操作考试成绩,并采用自行编制问卷调查学生对思政混合式教学效果评价。结果观察组学生实训技能操作考试成绩为(84.26±14.92)分,高于对照组的(73.62±19.83)分,t=5.773,P<0.001。2组对实训教学效果的评价:观察组爱伤观念168(92.3%),优于对照组的122(67.7%),χ^(2)=34.175,P<0.001;团队合作170(93.4%),优于对照组的132(73.3%),χ^(2)=26.371,P<0.001;语言沟通161(88.5%),优于对照组的113(62.7%),χ^(2)=32.444,P<0.001;步骤规范165(90.7%),优于对照组的123(68.3%),χ^(2)=27.736,P<0.001;反思日记158(86.8%),优于对照组的105(58.3%),χ^(2)=36.943,P<0.001。问卷调查结果表明,观察组对于专业老师实施课程思政具有现实可行性,学生普遍感受比较强烈。结论课程思政教学在护理实训教学中的应用,优化了教学效果,可提高护理专科学生的理论知识掌握度,提高学生对护理课程的兴趣,也可提高学生对老师的尊重和自我职业认同感。
Objective To explore the effect of ideological and political education in the practical teaching of basic nursing by analyzing some nursing students of grade 2019 in Heze Vocational College of Home Economics.Methods A total of 362 nursing college students of grade 2019 of Heze Home Economics Vocational College were selected as the research objects by simple random sampling from December 6,2020 to December 6,2021.The control group(n=180)was given routine basic nursing training.The experimental group(n=182)on the basis of routine basic nursing training,integrated ideological and political education into practical nursing teaching.Two groups of nursing students were compared with the results of practical skill operation examination and a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the effect of nursing students’mixed ideological and political teaching.Results The scores of the students in the experimental group(84.26±14.92)were higher than those in the control group(73.62±19.83)(t=5.773,P<0.001).The two groups were evaluated on their results of practical nursing training,and the scores were as follows:the score of caring for the patients was 168(92.3%)in the experimental group,higher than that of the control group 122(67.7%)(χ^(2)=34.175,P<0.001),the score of team spirit in the experimental group was 170(93.4%),better than that of the control group 132(73.3%)(χ^(2)=26.371,P<0.001),the score of communication in the experimental group was161(88.5%),better than that of the control group 113(62.7%)(χ^(2)=32.444,P<0.001).The score of operation standard in the experimental group 165(90.7%),better than that of the control group 123(68.3%)(χ^(2)=27.736,P<0.001),and the score of self-examination record in the experimental group was 158(86.8%),better than that of the control group 105(58.3%)(χ^(2)=36.943,P<0.001).The result of the questionnaire showed that the experimental group has a practical feasibility for the professional teachers to implement ideological and political education.Conclusion The application of ideological and political education in nursing practice teaching can optimize the teaching effect,improve the theoretical knowledge of nursing college students,and increase their interest in nursing courses,it can also improve students’respect for teachers and their self-professional identity.
