摘要
目的通过对甘肃省2021年10月确诊的新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)确诊病例流行病学特征和临床特点进行分析,为科学制订疫情防控策略提供依据。方法收集甘肃省2021-10-19-2021-10-31确诊COVID-19的113例的相关资料,分析其流行病学及临床特征。结果113例确诊病例分布于兰州市68例、天水市23例、张掖市15例、嘉峪关市5例及陇南市2例。男50例(44.25%),女63例(55.75%)。年龄1~87岁。病例以聚集性密接感染为主(89例,78.76%)。检出方式以重点人群排查(61例,83.99%)为主。临床分型以轻型为主(69例,61.06%);113例确诊病例中63例获得临床资料,22例核酸检测2次以上出现阳性,最长者10次后出现核酸阳性。主要症状为咳嗽(23例,36.51%)、咽干(16例,25.40%)、发热(14例,22.22%)、咳痰(13例,20.63%)、咽痒(12,19.05%)、乏力(12例,19.05%)等。胸部CT主要以磨玻璃样/渗出改变(15例,23.81%)、索条影/结节/片絮影改变(13例,19.18%)为主。结论甘肃省新冠肺炎确诊病例主要以聚集性密接感染发病,存在普遍易感性,对重点人群隔离、多次核酸检测及胸部CT有助于病例诊断。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of COVID-19 cases in Gansu Province in October 2021,so as to provide a basis for formulating epidemic prevention and control strategies.Methods The epidemiological and clinical characteristics of 113 confirmed cases in Gansu Province from October 19 to October 31,2019 were analyzed.Results The 113 confirmed cases were distributed in Lanzhou(68 cases),Tianshui(23 cases),Zhangye(15 cases),Jiayuguan(5 cases)and Longnan(2 cases).There were 50 males(44.25%)and 63 females(55.75%).The minimum age was 1 year and the maximum age was 87 years.Most of the cases were clustered close infection(89 cases,78.76%).The detection method was mainly the key population screening(61 cases,83.99%).The clinical classification was mainly mild(69cases,61.06%).Of the 113confirmed cases,63 cases had clinical data,22 cases were tested positive for nucleic acid for more than 2times,and the one with the most tested times was tested positive for nucleic acid after 10 times.The main symptoms were cough(23 cases,36.51%),dry pharynx(16cases,25.40%),fever(14cases,22.22%),sputum production(13 cases,20.63%),itching pharynx(12,19.05%),fatigue(12 cases,19.05%),etc.The main changes of chest CT were ground glass/exudation(15 cases,23.81%)and cable/nodule/floc(13 cases,19.18%).Conclusions The confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Gansu Province are mainly cluster close infection,and there is a general susceptibility.Isolation of key population,multiple nucleic acid testing and chest CT are helpful for case diagnosis.
