摘要
目的:分析个性化护理干预对自然顺产患者的分娩结局影响。方法:选取我院2019年1月-12月182例自然顺产患者,随机分研究组、对比组,研究组开展个性化护理干预,对比组进行传统护理干预,观察两组分娩结局、产程等指标差异。结果:研究组护理满意度97.80%,对比组护理满意度87.91%,两组总产程、住院时间、产后出血量、EPDS评分有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自然顺产能够显著提高自然顺产孕妇的妊娠安全,降低分娩压力,改善妊娠结局,值得临床重视。
Objective:To analyze the effect of individualized nursing intervention on the delivery outcome of patients with spontaneous labor.Methods:A total of 182 patients with spontaneous labor in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group.The study group was given personalized nursing intervention,while the control group was given traditional nursing intervention.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.80%,while that of the control group was 87.91%.The total labor process,hospitalization time,postpartum hemorrhage volume and EPDS score of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Spontaneous delivery can significantly improve the safety of pregnancy,reduce the delivery pressure and improve the pregnancy outcome,which is worthy of clinical attention.
