摘要
INTRODUCTION Organoids are primary tissue or stem cells derived cell aggregates that have the capacity for self-organization,self-renewal,and the capacity to mimic cellular and tissue level functions.Organoids can overcome the shortcomings of traditional 2D cell culture models and closely mimic 3D primary tissue composition.
