哈拉沟煤矿综采工作面通风系统设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 哈拉沟煤矿22519综采工作面是2-2煤五盘区第六个回采工作面,上覆有1-2煤的大面积采空区。在回采过程中随着本采空区老顶垮落,与上覆采空区连通,在全风压作用下,工作面及回风隅角出现大范围的低氧现象,氧气浓度降到18%以下,严重威胁到矿井的正常安全生产,尤其是作业人员的健康和安全。因此治理工作面及回风隅角的低氧现象成为首要任务,研究在什么样的情况下采用什么方式的通风系统,保证工作面及回风隅角氧气浓度处于正常,确保综采工作面安全生产。确定22519综采面过上覆集中煤柱和上覆采空区时先采用"Y"型+尾排通风系统,若综采工作面、回风隅角、尾排巷道氧气浓度均稳定在18.5%以上,则保持"Y"型+尾排通风系统;若氧气浓度不能保持时,则启用"U"型均压通风措施。通过"Y"型+尾排通风系统和"U"型均压通风系统设计,介绍了这2个通风系统的特点。 The No.22519 fully mechanized working face of Halagou coal mine is the sixth working face in the fifth mining area of 2-2 coal seam,and there is a large area of goaf of 1-2 coal seam in its upper part.In the process of mining,with the collapse of the old roof,it was connected with the overlying goaf.Under the effect of the total wind pressure,there was a large range of low oxygen phenomenon in the working face and the air return corner,and the oxygen concentration dropped below 18%,which seriously threatens the normal safety production of the mine,especially the health and safety of the workers.Therefore,it is the primary task to control the low oxygen phenomenon in the working face and air return corner,so as to ensure the normal oxygen concentration in the working face and air return corner,and ensure the safety of production in the fully mechanized working face.It is determined that“Y”type+tail ventilation system should be adopted first when No.22519 fully mechanized coal face passes through the overlying concentrated coal pillar and the overlying goaf,and“U”type pressure equalizing ventilation measure should be added when the oxygen concentration cannot meet the requirements.The paper designed“Y”type+tail ventilation system and“U”type pressure equalizing ventilation system,and introduced the characteristics of these two ventilation systems.
