摘要
高等教育担负着为社会培养各层次应用型人才的重要职责,主要实行地方政府主导体制。要促进中国特色高等教育的持续高速发展,就要全面体现地方政府的作用。将高等教育列入地方社会与经济发展宏观规划中,积极进行整体统筹规划,增加经费支持,建设优秀的师资队伍,重视督导。明确提出改革与创新管理体制和办学体制,制定周全的教学方法、教学内容、办学途径和培养目标,建设更多示范学校和骨干学校。
Higher education takes on the important responsibility of training applied talents at all levels for the society,and local governments mainly dominate the system.The constant high-speed development of higher education with Chinese characteristics should rely on the function of local governments.We considered that,the first step of implement was to list higher educaiton in the macro project of local social and economic development,then made an overall plan and increased fund support.Besides,we need to build excellent teaching staff and attach importance to supervision.At last,we proposed to reform and innovate management system and school running system,also to formulate comprehensive system and to construct more demonstration schools and backbone schools.
