摘要
随着全球经济进入大数据时代,企业组织资源发生颠覆式变化,框架式的内部控制运行模式遇到挑战,究竟应如何转型,才能提高企业内部控制运行效率,这是理论界和实务界人士关注的重要问题。本文以高科技公司X为研究对象,探讨企业内部控制的动态演变过程,以及通过引入阿米巴模式提升企业内控运行效率的实现路径。本研究在探索内部控制动态运行实现路径的同时,也希望通过案例为企业内部控制优化提供新思路。
The entry of the era of big data has caused disruptive changes of enterprises’organizational resources.And the challenges demand for the transformation of enterprise internal control,so as to improve its operational efficiency.This paper took X company as the research objective,and discussed the dynamic evolution process of enterprise internal control.Then the paper introduced the Amoeba mode to explore the implement paths of improving the operational efficiency of enterprise internal control.
