“人工智能+X”视阈下社区教育教师应对策略研究

摘要 "人工智能+X"是人工智能对各类教育在教师队伍建设等产生深层次影响的具体表现形式,对于社区教育也是如此。"人工智能+X"对社区教育教师的岗位胜任力等方面提出了新的挑战,但也带来了新的机遇。做好思想和角色转换、快速更新能力,重新定位专业和课程教学目标,根据不同社区教育对象特点开发课程,适应智能化辅助的教学组织和评价方式,提升教学效率,是社区教育教师适应"人工智能+X"发展要求的有效路径。 "Artificial intelligence+X"is a concrete manifestation of the deep impact of artificial intelligence on various types of education in terms of talent cultivation mode and teacher team construction,as well as community education."Artificial intelligence+X"poses new challenges to the post competence of community education teachers,but also brings new opportunities.It is an effective way for community education teachers to adapt to the development requirements of"artificial intelligence+X"to do a good job in the transformation of ideas and roles,to update their ability quickly,to reorientate their major and course teaching objectives,to develop courses according to the characteristics of different community education objects,to adapt to the intelligent auxiliary teaching organization and evaluation mode,and to improve teaching efficiency.
