摘要
路面磨耗指数PWI的提出丰富了公路技术状况评定指标体系,在公路检测评定、路面养护等领域已经得到了广泛应用,但在交通安全领域的应用还相对较少。基于2020年山西省境内3条高速公路的PWI检测评定数据与交通事故统计资料,通过计算不同PWI区间的每公里平均事故数,研究分析了PWI与交通事故的相关关系,提出了采用PWI作为高速公路交通安全风险评估指标的应用建议。
The pavement wear index(PWI)has enriched the evaluation index system of highway technology situations,and has been widely applied in highway evaluation,pavement maintenance,and other fields.However,it is still relatively little used in traffic safety.Based on the PWI evaluation data and traffic accident statistics of three expressways in Shanxi Province in 2020,this paper analyzed the correlation between PWI and traffic accidents by calculating the average number of accidents per kilometer in different PWI sections.It was suggested that use PWI as an evaluation index of expressway traffic safety risks.
